TOS — Use this page for the same app named TOS on Google Play.
If your store listing shows a different legal or display name, that name should match what you
show users here.
Below: how to request deletion, what data is deleted or kept, and how long you have to change
your mind. You can complete deletion from the app or from this page if you no longer have the app.
How to request account deletion
Option A — In the TOS app (recommended)
Open TOS and sign in.
Go to Settings, open Account, then choose Delete account.
Read what will be removed, confirm the phrase shown on screen, and enter your password.
Submit the request. You will be signed out and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option B — On this website (no app needed)
Scroll to the form below.
Enter the phone number and password for your TOS account.
Select Schedule deletion. We verify you the same way as sign-in (no separate SMS code on this page).
If you forgot your password, use password recovery in the app or contact us at tos@googlegroups.com; this page cannot send codes.
After you request deletion
Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During that time you can cancel by signing in again and choosing to keep your account when prompted.
After the grace period ends, your personal data described under “Removed” below is deleted or anonymized as described; some records may be retained as under “Kept.”

Listings and posts or moments you created
Comments tied to your profile where applicable
Reviews and ratings you wrote
Order history in the app experience
Push notification device tokens
Active sign-in sessions
Kept, restricted, or pseudonymized
Chat messages may stay visible to the other party, with the sender shown as deleted (e.g. “Deleted User”), for safety and disputes.
Wallet balance is not refunded as cash-out through this flow; balances and rules follow our terms.
Transaction and payment-related records may be retained longer for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements (often up to seven years where the law requires).
Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you may be kept for analytics.
Retention summary: Account deletion is scheduled with a
30-day cancellation window. After that window, personal profile and in-app content
are removed as above, subject to the “Kept” items and legal retention. We do not complete permanent
hard-delete of every server copy instantly in all systems; some backups or logs may age out on a
normal cycle while access for service purposes is stopped.

Use only if you accept the steps and data handling above. You must know your password.
This form talks to the same backend as the TOS app. For account help unrelated to deletion,
