TOS uses a virtual coin system. Different purchase types have different refund rules.
Coin top-ups
Coins are generally non-refundable once credited.
If you were charged but coins were not credited within 24 hours, contact support with receipt details. We will investigate and either credit or refund if applicable.
Gaming session bookings
You may be eligible for a full coin refund in cases like buddy no-show, buddy cancellation, verified service not provided, inappropriate behavior, or platform technical failure.
Refunds are generally not available if service was completed as described, you changed your mind, or your own connection/attendance prevented participation.
Submit booking refund requests within 48 hours of session end.
Virtual gifts
Gifts are final and non-refundable once sent.
Buddy earnings and payouts
Earnings are held for 48 hours for dispute handling. Withdrawn funds cannot be reversed.
Account termination and refunds
Deleting or banned accounts do not receive coin cash refunds for remaining balance.
Disputes and appeals
Appeal within 7 days by replying with additional evidence.
