1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Phone number used as your primary login credential and for account recovery
- Username shown to other users
- Password stored only as a cryptographic hash
- Date of birth to verify minimum age (13+)
1.2 Profile Information
You may provide profile data such as display name, bio, gender, country, languages, avatar, cover photos, and voice intro.
If you register as a Buddy, you may also provide gaming experience, listings, and availability schedule.
1.3 Device Information
- Device identifier
- Device type and device name
- Push notification token
1.4 Financial and Transaction Information
- Wallet balances and transaction history
- Top-up order details and payment proof uploads
- Session order and gift transaction records
- Payout records for Buddies
We do not store direct payment instrument details such as full card numbers.
1.5 Chat and Communication Data
- Messages and media you send/receive
- Chat room metadata and read receipts
- Support chat messages
1.6 Social and Community Data
- Moments, comments, likes
- Followers/following
- Reviews/ratings and reports
1.7 Usage and Diagnostic Data

- Booking/session activity metadata

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal data for third-party advertising.
3. How We Store Your Information
3.1 Server Storage
Data is stored in secured backend systems across service domains (auth, profiles, bookings, chat, payments, reviews). Media files are stored in cloud storage/CDN. Data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS.
3.2 Local Storage on Device
- Auth tokens in secure storage (e.g. Android Keystore)
- Local chat cache and app preferences
- Temporary media cache files
4. Data Retention
4.1 Active Accounts
While your account is active, we retain data needed to provide the service.
4.2 Account Deletion
30-day grace period: account deletion remains reversible during this period.
After grace period, removed or de-identified:
- Profile details and media
- Listings/posts, comments/reviews
- Order history shown in app experience
- Push device tokens and active sessions
After grace period, kept/restricted/pseudonymized:
- Chat messages may remain visible with sender marked as deleted
- Wallet balance and terms handling follow TOS rules
- Transaction/payment records retained up to 7 years when legally required
- Aggregated/anonymized analytics may be retained
4.3 Backups and Logs
Backups/logs may persist on aging cycles; service access to deleted account data is stopped.

5. How We Share Your Information
5.1 With Other Users
Profile, listing, review, and chat visibility is shared as part of app functionality.
5.2 With Service Providers

5.3 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or prevent fraud/security abuse.
5.4 What We Do Not Do
- No sale of personal information

6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and update profile data
- Delete account via app or web
- Manage push notifications via system settings
- Delete specific content (photos, posts, comments, etc.)
- Block users and report inappropriate content

- Spending-awareness guidance and parental supervision encouragement
- No targeted advertising using minors' data
8.4 Parental Rights
Parents/guardians can request access/deletion and object to further data collection for their child.
8.5 Reporting Concerns
Contact us if a minor is at risk or harmful content is observed.
8.6 COPPA
We follow COPPA and similar applicable requirements where relevant.
9. Security

No method is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards and notify as required in case of breaches.
